Vernon Friday currently makes bread by grinding his own wheat berries, using yeast, honey, and sea salt. He is going on a healthy diet to lower his glucose levels. He is asking for any suggestions as to GI information and using the bread he makes to accomplish it. He loves toast and eggs in the morning.
